Back Squats: 3 x 2 @ 300 lbs
Heavy rack jerk: worked up to 235 lbs.
Front squat: 1 x 6 @ 235 lbs
GHD’s: did 4 x 20 with Mama Bear’s instruction
lifted the 163 lb Atlas ball a few times and stopped.
