(Add 5 – 10 lbs to weight from 12/5)

2) In 12 minutes,
Complete 50 x kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
then with the remaining time complete as many rounds as possible of:
6 kettlebell snatch (24/16kg)
12 burpees
