Pull Up – Burpee Ladder
12 minutes:
Start with 1 pull up & 1 burpee, then 2 pull ups & 2 burpees, then 3 pull ups & 3 burpees, 4 & 4, 5&5…see how many rounds you can get to in 12 minutes.

Jim Airey – I never had a week over 15 miles and did mostly intervals and metcons with some type of running in it and I crossfit 6 days a week. I did all my running wods from the CrossFit Endurance page and I crossfit at crossfit morristown. Big thanks to Bmac and Mike D at cfm.

Rich Airey: In the last month I didn’t have a week over 15 miles and my longest time trial was 7.5 miles. Get stronger = Get faster. I’ll be posting my race report shortly.

Foundations 1 Class Tonight at 6:30pm. A reminder that tonight at 6:30pm we will have the Foundations 1 Class. Everyone is strongly encouraged to attend all three Foundation Classes as soon as possible. See yesterday’s post for more info.

New Class Time!! We have added a class Monday thru Friday at noon. We will be out by 12:45pm. We are continuing to work with the schedule to best accommodate all members. Please feel free to offer any comments or suggestions to the trainers regarding class times, workouts, warm ups, etc. We take both criticism and complements well so don’t hold back in telling us your thoughts.
