Introducing EnduroFit! We’ve been working for over a year to develop a program that utilizes your time and effort to increase your overall cardio endurance and stamina.
This class uses only cardio movements. You won’t see any weight or gymnastics movements. We’ll be using running, rowing, biking, and our SkiErgs to burn calories and set PRs. So whether you’re training for a 5k, half or full marathon, or triathlon or just want to be able to run better and increase your endurance, this class will get you there!
