1) Back Squat
3 sets x 2 reps @ 90 – 95% 1RM
Rest 2 min between each set.

2) Spend 15 – 20 min working up to a heavy rack jerk.

3) Front Squat
3 sets x 2 reps @ 90 – 95% 1RM
Rest 2 min between each set.

4) 3 rounds:
20 x GHD Sit Ups
rest as needed

  1. 1. 300lbs Back Squats
    2. Lifted 205 then tried 215 but couldn’t lock out
    3. 235lbs Front Squat
    4. 3 x 20 GHD’s (great core builder)
    5. 1 x 1 Lifted Heavy Atlas Ball over shoulder

  2. Back Squats: 3 x 2 @ 300 lbs
    Heavy rack jerk: worked up to 235 lbs.
    Front squat: 1 x 6 @ 235 lbs
    GHD’s: did 4 x 20 with Mama Bear’s instruction
    lifted the 163 lb Atlas ball a few times and stopped.
