Wod 1> I didn’t do this for time, but I did string together 5 muscles ups in a row on my last round!! First tie I strung together more than 3 🙂 Wod 2> 7 min 35 sec I need to work on my handstand pushups because I have a hard time not staying against the wall Did my GHD’s and also Good Mornings from yesterday’s workout: 85#, 90#, 95#, 95# Reply
