1) 3 rounds for time:
10 x wall balls (30/20 lb)
5 muscle ups
5 pistols each leg
rest 3 minutes

2) Complete for time:
40 hand stand push ups
60/40 chest to bar pull ups

3) 3 rounds:
GHD sit ups x 15 reps

  1. Wod 1> I didn’t do this for time, but I did string together 5 muscles ups in a row on my last round!! First tie I strung together more than 3 🙂

    Wod 2> 7 min 35 sec I need to work on my handstand pushups because I have a hard time not staying against the wall

    Did my GHD’s and also Good Mornings from yesterday’s workout: 85#, 90#, 95#, 95#
