July 4 Holiday Schedule:
Thursday, July 4th – no class
Friday, July 5th – Regular schedule except no 5am class at CFA and no 5:30am class at CF28
Saturday, July 6th – No regular classes, Open Gym from 7 – 11am, Foundations at 8am
1) Every minute for 6 min, complete one set of max reps strict pull ups.
2) Two Person Partner Workout:
10 min AMRAP
30 double unders
7 x clean and jerk (135/95lb)
Only one partner working at a time. The bar can not touch the ground while the partner is doing double unders. Split the reps however you like. Only one partner can be working at a time.
Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)
Run- OFF
Tri- Swim – 1500m
