20 x power snatch (95/65lb)
50 air squats

  1. 34 hspu. Really fell off the last 2 rds.
    7:18 rx. Was able to muscle through the snatches. Need to work on my form and getting under the bar. Liked seeing them in the wod.

  2. 36 HSPU’S. I agree Joel. Started strong and had very little time to recover. That cought up with me. 9:34 Rx on WOD. Snatches were tough. Fun WOD though!
