Pistols improving. Did 10 each leg(alternating).
B) back squats 145 lbs did fine
C) weighted pull ups use 20 lb vest. 5sets of 2 strict no prob.
D) Row 350 meters

Great work out. Left the gym feeling very good.
310 squat, 1:09 slowest round. Liked having the pistols in the skill work ahead of the squats.

1:21 Slowest round, kept all splits within 3 seconds of eachother.
Oh yeah, and subbed the muscle-ups for 15 pull-ups and 15 dips per round
315 squat 2 rounds poor depth on 2nd. Backed down to 295 was able to bottom out
