10 x clean (power) (135/95lb)
10 x hand stand push ups (strict)

5 x snatch (power) (135/95lb)
20′ shuttle run
(down and back increasing in 5′ increments)

  1. Awesome workout this morning. Wod 2 was tough, fought my rope most of the time.

    Wod 1 – 5:37
    Wod 2 – 11:09 – kipped HSPU
    Wod 3 – 4:51 – 45′ shuttle run (15′ increments)

    Overall 31:37

    Good to have Nate back again for a 2nd consecutive morning. If my partner would return from Nantucket, we’d have a full crew.
