1) 3 rounds not for time:
4 – 8 muscle ups
max L sit
10 pistols

2) Back Squat
3 x 3 (add 5 lbs to last week’s load)
Rest as needed between sets

3) 5 sets x 2 reps weighted pull ups
rest 2 minutes

4) 5 rounds:
Row 350m
rest 3 minutes

    245# Squat
    1:21 Slowest round, kept all splits within 3 seconds of eachother.

  2. 315 squat 2 rounds poor depth on 2nd. Backed down to 295 was able to bottom out
    1:11 on row
    Trying to work on muscle ups. Just not there yet.

  3. A) muscle ups are there but I am still not connecting them. Did 3 sets of 4
    3 rounds of Lsits 35, 30, 33
    Pistols improving. Did 10 each leg(alternating).

    B) back squats 145 lbs did fine
    C) weighted pull ups use 20 lb vest. 5sets of 2 strict no prob.

    D) Row 350 meters

    1:26
    1:24
    Great work out. Left the gym feeling very good.
