21 – 15 – 9
wall balls (20/14lb)
power clean (95/65lb)

The weight should be light and work never stops. Scale even lighter if you are concerned about the time cap.

2) 3 rounds not for time:
5 x 600 lb tire flips (1, 2 or 3 person teams)
200 m sled pull backwards (heavy)
