1) 3 rounds not for time:

3 x tall snatches
30 – 40 sec L sit
5 – 8 deficut hand stand push ups

2) Push Jerk:
5 x 3 reps (heavy)
rest 2 minutes between each

3) 3 sets:
Snatch DL + Power Snatch + Full Snatch (heavy)

4) Run 4 miles for time.

    1. Rocket, I have never laughed as hard as I did a second ago when I read your 4 mile row post—what is that?
      this is a 2:07 per 500 meter pace–I know you can go harder than that.

  2. push jerks: 225, 225, 245, 245, 265 (did 4 of these—felt good today). actually, I pr’d so I just kept going. Beebe and Pit made me stop.
    snatch: 145, 155, 165, 205 for fun
    did not Row for 4 miles.

    Deficit HSPU – 30″ boxes
    L-Sit – 3 x 1:30 at a perfect 90 degrees
    Tall Snatches – these are so easy they are a joke

    Push Jerks – 105 x 5 sets (used women’s bar to get a better grip)

    Snatch Complex – 165, 170, 170

    4 mile canoe on Kincaid, man it was pretty out there this morning. Caught two bream.
