1) Cleans
5 x 2 reps

rest 2 – 3 min between each set

2) Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of
15 air squats
10 push ups
5 box jumps (24/20″)

Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)

Run- 5 x 800m with 2 minute rest
Tri- bike- 5 x 2 miles with 3 minute rest
