1) Spend 12 min working up to 1 RM Snatch

2) Spend 10 min working up to 1RM clean & jerk
Post weight to comments. Compare to 9/9

3) Time Trial:
Run 1 mile

  1. Snatch: 90# (PR +5#)
    Clean and Jerk: 125# (PR +5#)

    Mile: 8:30–> Fastest mile I’ve ever ran, no previous time at CFA or any box
