2) Snatch pulls:
5 sets x 3 reps

3) Complete for time:
Row 1000m
9 x shoulder to overhead (135/85lb)
Row 750m
12 shoulder to overhead
Row 500m
15 Shoulder to overhead
Row 250m
18 Shoulder to overhead

  1. Ring Rows were a good change up from the routine. Maybe they will replace levers??
