1) Back Squat:
3 x 5 reps

All sets should be at 90% or above 4RM from Nov 18th. Attempt a 5RM with Nov 18th’s 4RM on final set.

2) Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
Run 200m
