Due to the potential inclement weather, there will be no class on Thursday, August 30th. Yeah yeah I know we are all CrossFitter’s but it seems the smart thing to do is not get out Thursday morning. If the weather subsides, we will look at resuming class in the afternoon. Check back here for more updates. Thursday would be a nice day to do some mobility work ( or for you metcon junkies, below is an at home WOD.

1) Spend 5 -10 minutes practicing handstand push ups. Have some fun with the kids!

2) With a continuous running clock for 10 minutes, complete 3 reps each of sit-ups, push ups and burpees, then complete 6 reps of each, then 9 reps of each, 12 reps…keep adding by reps of 3 until 10 minutes is up.
