This Saturday at 9am, come out to Inglewood Farms for a Farmer’s WOD!! You are not going to want to miss this! The work out will involve farmers carry and plow pulls! Invite your family and friends. (If it is raining, check this website at 8am for an update on the Inglewood WOD). While you are there you can pick up some local, organic vegetables and grass fed beef and pork. There will still be a regular 10am class at the gym.
10am Gym WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 box jumps (24/20″)
10 push ups
10 toes to bar
Endurance WOD:
Run – 4 miles as fast as possible
Tri – Brick – 3 rounds of Bike 5 miles run 3 miles
