1 push jerk + 2 behind neck push jerk+ 2 muscle ups

2) 6 rounds:
Run max distance in 2 minutes
rest 2 minutes

3) 3 rounds:
15 strict toes to bar
5 glute ham raises

  1. Push Jerk and MU OTM: 240 jerk-unbroken MU 1st 5 rounds, last 3 rds did singles. 1st 5 rounds were 35 seconds, last 3 were 50 seconds. Looked worse on paper!
