Please post your front squat maxes to yesterday’s comments.

1) Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400m
20 push ups
10 toes to bar

2) 200m Farmers Walks with 16/24 Kettlebells

Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)

Run – 2 miles Rest 5 minutes then 3 x 800m with 2 minute rest
Tri – Bike – 20 Miles (Time Trial)
