1) Back Squat
5 reps @ 85%
3 reps @ 90%
1 rep @ 95%
5 reps @ 85+%
3 reps @ 90+%
1 rep @ 95+%

2) Every even minute complete
5 weighted pull ups
Every odd minute complete
5 tall box jumps

5 rounds each of the above

3) 400m farmers carry with KBs (24/16kg)

    335 x 5
    355 x 3
    385 x 1
    340 x 4 (f5)
    350 x 3
    375 (f)

    Pull-ups – 53#
    Box Jumps – 30″ + 45# + 25#

    Farmers Carry – 3:35

  2. Back squat: 135, 150, 160, 150, 165, 175 (175 felt surprisingly easy)
    Pull ups- used 10# plate between ankles for most rounds and 5# weight for 2 rounds
    Box jumps- worked up to a 35# plate on 30 box
    Farmers carry- forgot to time myself but I ran and took 4 – 3 sec walk breaks. no put down
