Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Run 200m
10 dumb bell squat clean
20 sit ups

…Stephen finishes the Pensacola Bridge 10k swim…that’s right…a 6.2 mile SWIM!! Great work Stephen!

Billy ran an 18:53 5k at the OLPS 5k on Saturday…his first time ever to break 19 minutes after 8 years of running!!

Congratulations to Hallie, Kathryn, Matt, Karla and Michael for setting PRs at the OLPS 5k!!!

And of course there is Lisa who is now an IRON MAN!! After fighting through numerous bike issues including 3 flat tires, Lisa had an awesome marathon to finish the Memorial Hermann Ironman in 13 hrs 55 minutes. Lisa trained 5 days a week at CF Alex and followed a strict Paleo diet. S3 Training provided excellent coaching in Lisa’s preparation and race strategy!

Last but not least…Congratulations to Corey and Bekah on tying the knot! We were hoping Corey would do some burpees on the alter…or at least on the dance floor.

From 5k PRs to 13 hour events to saying “I do” … CrossFit truly prepares you for anything!
