(Add 1 -10 lbs to weight from 4/24)

2) 21 – 15 – 9
over head squats (95/65lbs)
bar facing burpees

Endurance WOD:
(Performance 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)

Run- off
Tri – swim – 5 – 8x 100 with 30 sec rest

  1. Got 2×3 at 210# on the deadlift.
    Finished the WOD in 7:41 rx but the OHS were tough.
    Felt like core strength was failing trying to keep it overhead.

  2. Right on, Jamie Girl! I hurt my hamstring on the third lift of the first set…
    7:39 on the WOD at 45#. Poor little shoulders…

  3. Got 315 2 sets of 3. Not a pr but form was better.

    6:30 rx on the wod. Was trying to keep up with Connie, but those squats made it hard to jump over the bar. Guess that was the point. Liked the OH squats I would like to do them more often.
