Cara and Noelle with Yoga Ya Ya will be guest instructors for a yoga session Tuesday at 5:30pm! Everyone is encouraged to come. It is going to be great for your stability, balance, flexibility and coordination. This will take the place of the regular class. The class will be in the gym area. We ask that no one workout or enter the gym after the class begins.

2 min – max rep body weight back squat (scale to 50 or 75%)
Rrst 60 sec
1 min – max shoulder to overhead (135/95lb) (scale with lighter weight)
Score is total reps & calories. We will retest in 8 weeks.
