The Crawfish Boil and Open Workout 13.5 will be this weekend. 13.5 workout will start at 10am and will take the place of the 9am Intro Class and Regular 10am class this Saturday. Foundations will still be held at 8am.
The 5:30pm class this evening will be a mobility session taught by John Davidson. You can still do today’s workout at that time if you like.
1) 3 rounds not for time:
30 sec L sit
10′ handstand walk or practice hand stand push ups
5 overhead kettlebell squats
2) Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
25 sit ups
30 double unders
Endurance WOD:
Performance WOD off
Run: 2 x 12 minute with 2 minute rest
Tri: 2 x 12 minute with 2 minute rest
