2) 5 rounds:
With a 2 minute running clock, complete
5 x push press (165/105)
12 chest to bar pull ups
As many double unders as possible with remaining time. Score is total double unders.
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

3) 3 rounds not for time:
3 – 5 front levers
30 sec couch stretch on each leg
