Pose Method Seminar with Jeremy Huffman – July 23rd – 9am to noon. Learn how to run the way humans were designed to run. Once the CrossFit Endurance training begins, running technique will be the top priority. You will learn to stop wasting energy with poor form. Why should you learn proper form on every type of lift like deadlift, push press and squat but not learn proper form on running? Proper form in lifts and running will increase your efficiency, speed, power output and safety. This seminar is limited to 15 participants. Cost is $20. Sign up at the gym.
