1) Every minute on the minute for 5 min complete
2 x snatch (80% 1 RM)

Then complete max reps of snatch in 2 min.

Snatch is full squat. Score is total reps in the 7 min. You only get 2 attempts each minute.

2) 5 rounds for time:
1 x power clean (225/125lbs)
8 x chest to bar pull ups
8 x ring dips
rest 2 min
