1) Clean & Jerk
5 x 2 reps
2) 5 rounds, every 2 minutes complete 3 – 5 strict pull ups. Add weight if you are able or use bands as necessary.
3) Partner workout:
10 rounds total:
Row 300m
10 burpees over rower
Each partner will complete 5 rounds of the above. Partners switch after completing each round.
