2) Work up to max clean & jerk for the day

3) Dynamic Effort Back Squat:
10 sets x 2 reps @ 60% latest 1 RM. Complete each set on the minute.

4) 3 rounds not for time:
5 x tall box jumps
5 x skin the cats

    Gonna lift with Matt Bruce today. Still seeking that 200 lb snatch!
