Building some explosive strength today then end with a quick, intense, brutal metcon!

Plan to come to the 10am class on Saturday to continue getting more powerful and stronger…especially if you are doing Battle of the Fittest.

1) Clean & Jerk
5 x 2 reps

2) Back Squat
Set 1: 5 reps
Set 2: 3 reps
Set 3: 1 rep

Start with a heavy set of 5 and increase weight each set. In general, the first set will probably be around 75 – 80% 1 RM. If you have an idea of your 1RM, that will give you a starting point.

3) 5 min AMRAP
5 x Power Snatch (95/65lb)
5 x bar facing burpees
