1) 3 rounds not for time:
5 unbroken muscle ups
40 sec L sit
10′ hand stand walk

2) Snatch Balance
Sets 1 – 3: 3 reps @ 60 – 75%
Sets 3 – 5: 2 reps @ 80%+

3) Halting cleans:
5 x 2 reps
increase from 60 – 80% over course of sets

4) Row max meters in 30 minutes.
