Reminder, there will be no regular classes today. Join us at 9am for the following Memorial Day tradition at CFA. There will be scaled version so all fitness levels are welcome – bring a friend! There will also be a 9am group going at CF28.

Run 1 mile
100 x pull ups
200 x push ups
300 x squats
Run 1 mile
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got body armor or a twenty pound vest, wear it.
