Have you wanted to try CrossFit but have thought “I need to get into shape before I go to CrossFit.” Well, here’s your chance! Introducing, CrossFit for Beginners. If you are new to CrossFit, our CrossFit for Beginners class is designed to introduce you to the principles of CrossFit, educate you on proper nutrition, and allow a smooth transition into the regular CrossFit classes.

This is a four-week program that will begin on June 3rd at 9am at our Pineville location, CrossFit 28.  The classes will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and last about 45 minutes. These classes will be taught by a Certified CrossFit instructor and emphasize the development of the basic movements performed in the regular classes. All of the workouts will be designed for first time CrossFit participants. Make no mistake, the classes and workouts will still be hard, but all the movements will be doable for the first time CrossFitter. At the end of the four-week session, you will be able to transition to the regular CrossFit WODS (workout of the day).


$205 for the four-week program

–  In addition to the classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, you will also receive our Foundations Package, which includes our Whole 9 nutrition guide, Rogue speed rope, and a lacrosse ball.
