Ever find yourself saying, “I just don’t have time to workout.”?  It’s one of the top reason we hear as to why people do not workout. We know how hectic life can get. Between jobs and kids, it’s hard to find time to make health and fitness a priority. Well, we want to make it a little easier with QuickFit!

WHAT IS QUICKFIT?

  • 30 minute class led by a coach
  • High Energy
  • Utilizes body weight movements, endurance movements, and lightly weighted movements (Kbs and medicine balls)

WHO CAN DO QUICKFIT?

  • Anyone who has said one of the following, “I don’t have time to workout.”, ” Ive never really worked out before, where do I start?” “I’m getting bored with my current workout routine.”, or “it’s time for me to make a change.”

WHEN IS QUICKFIT?

  • classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • class times are at 1:10pm (perfect for lunch breaks, Get in and out and back to work with a shower within an hour) and 4:00pm!
