Get Fit Ladies Only Boot Camp

Ladies… Are you looking for something different to “kick start” you fitness program? Introducing our Ladies only Get Fit Bootcamp. Our Get Fit Bootcamp is designed for someone who wants to increase her endurance, stamina, and get toned in a fun, friendly, ladies only environment. Each session will consist of a combination of body weight exercises, as well as kettlebells, medicine balls, and simple barbell movements.

We are not looking to impact your next 30 days, we are looking to help you make a lifestyle change! We want to give you the knowledge, coaching, and atmosphere to make the change you are looking for!

 

Gaynell and Kristi started in our Ladies Only Get Fit Bootcamp back in 2014! Hear their stories and get a glimpse into their journeys!

 

 

Days & Times: Each Get Fit Bootcamp runs for 4 weeks on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and lasts about 45 mins. Our next 4-week session will be held beginning:
