Memorial Day Weekend Schedule:
Saturday: Saturday in the Park at 9am, Foundations at 8am. No class at the gym. Open Gym 7am – 11am
Sunday: WOD for Warriors: 10am at CFA. Sign up here.
Monday: Memorial Day Murph at 9am. No regular classes on Monday.
Endurance WOD:
Run- 2 x 5k with 5 minute recovery
Tri- swim (400 to 800m), bike 10 to 15 miles, run 2 to 3 miles
