1) 3 rounds not for time:
8 pistols
30 double unders
10′ hand stand walk
(practice 90 deg turns if 10′ is easy)

2) 8 rounds:
3 x hang snatch (65 – 70%)
rest 2 min

3) 5 rounds:
10 Kettle Bell Snatch (24/16kg)
10 burpees
row 350m
rest 3 minutes

Optional Session (Complete on 10/18 or 10/19):
Complete 3 hours before or after if possible
6 x 300m sprints
rest 2 min

    Wod: 22:04-rounds were 1:52, 2:02, 2:02, 2:04, 2:05-3 min rest between sets.

    The crew this am ran 3-300’s (pressed for time)

    Bebe was in good spirits this am! Good luck to Sam (Sargent), Scott (Batista), and Janelle this weekend at the shootout!! Looking forward to watching everybody compete tonight at B4B.
