60s max rep snatch (power or full)(135/85lb)
rest 30s
60s max rep chest to bar pull ups
rest 30s
60s max rep front squats (135/85lb)
rest 30s
60s max rep shoulder to overhead (135/85lb)
rest 1 min

  1. Muscleups unbroken = 11

    110 reps on wod. Hardest part was the snatch/c2b combo. Brad and Rocket killed it.

    Good job guys.

  2. The Giraffe walked in the gym, put his bag down and did 11 unbroken MU?!

    Wod was tough but fun: 122 reps, snatch was brutal round 2!

    Then Julie Fouchier came in to train for regionals and ran me, the BULL and the Giraffe out the gym!

  3. 0 muscle ups, but I did land my first bar muscle up this morning!!!
    I did it after the WOD bc I felt it during the ctb. I was so excited I forgot about trying to do more. I can’t wait to go back to the gym and do it again.
