minute intervals, so Partner A
works 0:00 – 5:00, Partner B
works 5:01-10:00, Partner A
works 10:01-15:00, Partner B
works 15:01-20:00. Score is total
number of reps.

****There will be a bar slam
penalty on this wod, a bar slam
is if the partner drops the bar
instead of riding it down and
placing it on the floor without a
bounce, of 5 burpees per
partner
