2 Rope climbs or 5
Muscle ups
5 Pistols each leg
10 shoulder taps (slower
the better)

2) With a partner, Row as many
calories as possible in 25 minutes.
Partner A will Row, while Partner B
completes 3 rounds of 10 leg
raises, 10 Pushups, 20 Double
Unders When done with 3 rounds,
partners switch
