  1. congrats to Scott for landing 205 on the snatch. He will definitely hit 210 on Sunday.

    I worked up to 205 on the snatch and failed. 195 was pretty easy but stopped pushing my head through on the 205.
    Devil’s Ladder was very fun. Had a good group to help maintain a quick pace.
    Looking forward to tomorrow’s wod and Sunday’s snatch session.

    Built up to 195 today and missed 200 4 times today!

    Got about a 7 foot handstand walk today and did the performance WOD.

    4 rounds of 600 row: 1:43, 1:53, 2:03, 2:06.
