congrats to Scott for landing 205 on the snatch. He will definitely hit 210 on Sunday.
I worked up to 205 on the snatch and failed. 195 was pretty easy but stopped pushing my head through on the 205.
Devil’s Ladder was very fun. Had a good group to help maintain a quick pace.
