1) 3 rounds not for time:
5 unbroken muscle ups
40 sec L sit
10′ hand stand walk
2) Dynamic Effort Back Squats:
Complete 2 reps at 60% every min for 10 min. Goal is to come up as fast as possible and get faster as the sets increase.
3) 3 rounds not for time:
200m sled pull (205/140lb)
20 toes to bar
Back Squats – 235#, these seemed relatively easy
Sleds were really challenging and totally destroyed your legs each set. If these don’t make you stronger, nothing will. Would like to continue to work with them each week.
