5am – Endurance Class at ASH
5:30am – Yoga for Athletes
5:30pm – Mobility Class (there is no regular 5:30pm class on Thursdays)
1) Snatch
5 x 2 reps
rest 2 – 3 min between sets
2) 5 rounds, every 2 minutes complete 5 pull ups (strict). Pull ups should be a 5RM each round. You may need to use weights, unassisted or bands.
3) 5 min AMRAP
4 x turkish get ups (total)
8 x toes to bar
