It’s that time of year again, and Geaux Endurance is running full force. We cannot wait for this summer-all the bike rides, triathlons, big group runs…

I would like to introduce to you the new Geaux Endurance powered by CrossFit Alexandria.  We took information from your past surveys and individual comments about Geaux Endurance.  What we have seen is the love of the sport and community.  Here at CrossFit, we are trying to develop friendships and, at the same time, the baddest athletes in the world.

What we are doing different?

On our website, we will post an Endurance column along with  the Performance and Competition Program.  There you will find your WOD of the day.  It will have a strength exercise, a WOD (either the performance WOD or a different WOD), and then the endurance WOD for the day.  This program is for runners and triathletes.
