Rowing Class at 6:00pm!!

1) Power Clean
3 x 3 reps (heaviest possible)

take 10 sec to step back and reset between reps

2) Complete for time
40 wall balls (20/14lb)
30 burpees
20 toes to bar
Run 800m

Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)

Run: off
Tri: Swim – 1000m

  1. 90# power cleans – best ever for me – although they weren’t very pretty… 9:55RX on the WOD. pretty fun

  2. Got 115×3 on my cleans. Felt like I could have gone heavier.
    Would love to continue to work on them weekly. My form needs it!
    10:38 on the WOD. Did the wall balls unbroken and it was kinda down hill from there :-/

  3. Did 185 lb cleans. Previous 1 rm was 175 lb on January 17.

    8:41 rx wod. Wall balls and burpees unbroken, t2b was 10-5-5.
