40 wall balls (20/14lb)

20 toes to bar

90# power cleans – best ever for me – although they weren’t very pretty… 9:55RX on the WOD. pretty fun
Got 115×3 on my cleans. Felt like I could have gone heavier.
Would love to continue to work on them weekly. My form needs it!
10:38 on the WOD. Did the wall balls unbroken and it was kinda down hill from there :-/
Did 185 lb cleans. Previous 1 rm was 175 lb on January 17.
8:41 rx wod. Wall balls and burpees unbroken, t2b was 10-5-5.

13:37 on the WOD was terrible. Burpees just kill me everytime
