2) Jerk Recover
2 sets x 2 reps @80%
2 sets x 2 reps @ 90%
2 sets x 1 rep @100%

3) Front Squat
4 x 4 reps @80%

4) 3 rounds for time:
5 x shoulder to overhead (205/105lb)
100 double unders

rest 5 minutes

3 rounds for time:
Run 400m
20 ring dips
