You have probably noticed that Tuesdays provide 2 or 3 different options for the WOD. You may also recall that Tuesdays are our strength day. I will not get into why we need strength days but do know that strength is needed to provide well rounded fitness. It also stimulates beneficial hormone activity and promotes long term fat loss (mention fat loss and the entire gym will be doing the strength WOD). We do understand that strength days are not the kool-aid most of you are looking to drink. You want the met-cons. And for those that CrossFit 2 or 3 times a week, it may serve you better to do just met-cons. This is why we provide the optional met-con on Tuesday. You folks that come 5+ days a week, do the strength WOD on Tuesdays. The strength day fits nicely into the 5 day a week program.
